But change can be scary, it can seem overwhelming and sometimes we just dont know where to start. So we dont bother and everything just stays the same.

To launch in to a 3, 6 or 12 month programme can be way too much and that is why we have our 28 day Drop A Dress Size Challenge Programme.

It takes 21 days to make or break a habit and this is far easier with us in your corner.

And after the 28 days? Don't we worry we don't abandon you. You can then become a monthly member and we carry on working together until you get to your desired goal.

What does it involve
- Your meal plan for 4 weeks, what to eat, how much to eat, when to eat
- Training 2 or 3 times a week at our studio with a fully qualified personal trainer and up to 3 other ladies in a session
- Support with goal setting to help get your head in the right place

More importantly - SUPPORT – this means you can check in with me every day – I will assess your weekly meal plans sent to me, answer any questions and do regular photos and measures showing your progress and updates on how you are doing.

In 4 weeks and you will
- Lose 1 to 2 dress sizes (depending on your starting point)
- Overcome the cravings
- Tone up and see a change in your body shape
- Get your head sorted so you can continue the positive healthy changes and either continue to lose weight or maintain
