All I need is a rocking chair and 26 cats

Biggest achievement is certainly opening up my very own gym, I still can’t quite believe it and it still makes me smile every time I walk in to my very own little empire :)

But if I am honest, life has become a little one-tracked. Correction – I have LET life become a little one-tracked. You see my life for the last few months has been work, work, work. This is how my average day goes….

……get up, go to the gym, PT lots of gorgeous ladies, in-between each session sit in office doing admin, go home, take out lap top and continue working til bed time.  Rock n roll ey?!

Now you know what they say about all work and no play…….

But when you are self employed work takes on a whole new meaning and it is so easy to get totally absorbed in to it and lose track of everything else.

So we need a plan ladies. It is really quite simple. I bought a book. Not just any book but a fiction book that caught my eye. Once I start reading I love it, I love disappearing in to another world and totally switching off for a minute, an hour, sometimes longer. So now my day is more like this……

……get up, go to the gym, PT lots of gorgeous ladies, in-between each session sit in the office and do admin, go home, relax and enjoy my book.

Ok, Ok so its still not rock n roll but it is time out, it is something I enjoy doing and it is an opportunity to relax and forget about work.

Is the tough stuff overwhelming you? Work? Family? Money? It will continue to take hold unless you make a conscious decision to do something about it.

So go buy a book. Or have a bubble bath, go for a walk, have a pamper night. Do something that is just for you and enjoy every second.

Have a great (relaxing) day
