  • Having being going to the boring gym for the past few years my waist line has continued to expand. Then when trying on an interview suit and it no longer fit (which was already a size I didn’t want it to be) I decided enough was enough so I joined a local group personal training gym! Having started to shift some cm's I decided I wanted more and so approached Claire 'the amazing' Moore! Since training with Claire I have not only lost more cm's but have developed a far more positive attitude and greater determination to strive for goals I never thought possible. The support she gives is devoted which is unlike any other personal trainer I’ve had before and I look forward to every single session and can’t wait to smash more of my goals with her.

  • Hi Claire had my last PT session with you this morning and I just wanted to say thank you. You made extreme hard work fun, you motivated and pushed me to get the best out of me and I did things I never thought possible (knee tucks - wow). I love how positive you are and that although the exercise is important so is positive thinking something I probably wasn't that great at but certainly alot better since our sessions.
