  • Believe & Achieve has been the best thing to happen to me. I cleared my mind of everything I thought I knew and followed exactly what Claire told me and it works. Now I and ½ stone lighter and I am loving life and it has now set me up for the future so I can continue on with the success. Believe and you will achieve…simple.


  • 7 weeks ago I started my believe and achieve journey, today I have tried on, fitted into and bought, a pair of size 16 jeans. 7 weeks ago I was wearing a size 20 pair of jeans. In addition, I have more energy, I'm sleeping better, and (this is the most unbelievable!!!) I'm enjoyin exercise!! This is all thanks to you Claire Moore, u said it could be done, but it couldn't have been done without you! My time with you is nearly up, but I promise I will carry on the way you have shown me, and, if I slip back into bad habits, I'll be bangin on your door, beggin u to get me back on track!!! Big thanks as well to the other ladies for bein fantastic trainin buddies!!! To anyone who doubts it can be done, if I can do it, anyone can!!!! Xxxx Angie

  • I have recently completed the semi-private training and not only have I seen the benefits in the form of losing a total of 44 cms from my body and 16lb in weight, I also feel great and have a lot more energy. There is also the added bonus that my asthma has greatly improved because of my new diet and levels of fitness.

    Prior to beginning the program I had not excersied for a long time and was worried about how I would be able to cope with the program however Claire was there all the way to provide motivation both at the training sessions which we had twice a week and with daily emails giving words of inspiration.

    I would strongly recommend this program to anyone regardless of their fitness levels as Claire will work with you to help you towards achieving your weight and fitness goals.


  • Before I started at Believe & Achieve I could not have felt any worse about myself and body! I've tried nearly every diet and my weight just yoyo's, I avoid cameras and loath what I see in the mirror! I've just finished the Success in Six programme and I'm a dress size smaller, my confidence is much higher but for me the biggest change is my outlook and attitude to diet and fitness. I know I have more work to do, but I'm so determined nothing will stop me.

    The programme is hard but after each session I felt great. The food at first was a challenge but now it's just natural.

    Even though I have finished at B&A I'm continuing to work with Claire once a month to stay on track.

  • I have just finished my programme at Believe & Achieve. I started at the beginning of December, so have done the 6 weeks over Christmas. Due to Christmas I have had some days when I've eaten too much and some days when I've drunk too much wine, and some days when I've done both but as of today, 12th Jan have lost 10.5 inches and to say I'm pleased is an understatement. Claire is a fab trainer and encouraged me all the way. If I can do it anyone can.


  • have just finished at Believe & Achieve and I cannot recommend it enough. The work outs were varied and fun with Claire and I always enjoyed going.   • I went to Claire in July after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes caused by unhealthy lifestyle and excess weight. After a healthy nutrition plan along with regular exercise it was confirmed at the Docs last week that my body is now managing to metabolise sugar in the usual way. In addition I lost 2 stone in 3 months! Believe & Achieve delivered a professional, friendly but firm programme which, combined with sound nutritional advice and a positive mental attitude, really works! After only a few weeks I had lost 9.5 inches from my waist and hips! I have so much more energy and I’m in a much happier place. Highly recommended.

  • Having Claire as a personal trainer was a fantastic motivator. Claire enlightened me about nutrition and exercise. Claire enabled me to push what I thought was my boundaries and proved to me that I was capable of achieving far more in exercise than I had previously thought I was able to. Hi Claire had my last PT session with you this morning and I just wanted to say thank you. You made extreme hard work fun, you motivated and pushed me to get the best out of me and I did things I never thought possible (knee tucks - wow). I love how positive you are and that although the exercise is important so is positive thinking something I probably wasn't that great at but certainly alot better since our sessions.
