If you are wanting to lose weight, get fit or just feel healthy there are a number of choices out there for us all
1) Do nothing.
2) Starve yourself on a crazy FAD diet and fall off the wagon two weeks into it.
3) Join a gym and barely attend – (that happens a lot!)
4) Join a gym and “work out” on your own 5+ days a week for months and months.
5) Hire a trainer and “train” 2 or 3 times a week and see amazing and lasting results in a fraction of the time it would take you to do it alone.

That’s right, I trained three times a week with a trainer. Prior to that I’d done what lots of you are doing right now and felt like I was fighting a losing battle!
So why did hiring a trainer boost my results? Because they knew what training methods to use, gave nutrition advice, were there for me outside of sessions, made training fun, and most importantly – SUPPORTED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!
Sometimes you just need someone on your side to show you exactly what to do and how to do it.
Spend £20 a month plodding along on your own for a year (that’s £240 of course!) and get bored waiting, or invest that money in a trainer and reap the long lasting rewards in a fraction of the time.
