You Dont Need To Jump, Just Stretch!


When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone?

We call it ‘comfort’ zone because it is what we are used to, it feels familiar and almost safe. Im pretty sure if we are unhappy with stuff there aren’t many of us who would describe that as ‘comfortable’

But we put up with it cos its what we know and what we are used to.

Stepping out of it altogether can seem daunting at best and bloody terrifying at worst. It doesn’t have to be about jacking your job in, travelling round the world or learning to fly!

But how about STRETCHING IT, when was the last time you STRETCHED your comfort zone?


> try a different place to buy your lunch

> try a new class at the gym

> go for coffee and cake on your own

> cook a new recipe

> buy and read a book on a subject you have always been interested in

All of these although maybe a little intimidating are totally do-able and if different to what you are used to doing they will stretch that comfort zone. And you know full well, the more you stretch something the bigger it gets!

Soon your comfort zone will become less and less restricting meaning life will become more and more exciting!
